The company's unique innovation culminated in the company's strategic acquisition by PPLSI, a US based private equity-owned group of B2B/2C protection services companies. The acquisition led to Yourself Online being integrated and accessible to the 1 million end-users of IDShield across North America. 

Following the acquisition of Yourself Online Inc., James joined PPLSI. He spearheaded Product Strategy at PPLSI, working across IDShield and PPLSI's Small Business Products, leading to the introduction of new services and improving member experience, impacting business performance. These achievements underscore his exceptional ability to navigate SaaS and AI based product development and growth, establishing James as a subject matter expert in the industry.
